Is this certification right for me

The Society for Human Resource Management™ (SHRM™) is a global, competency-based credential that is designed to validate professional-level core HR knowledge and skills. The credential demonstrates a mastery of generally accepted technical and operational HR principles. Independent of geographic region, the credential complements local HR practices. Through demonstrated knowledge, the credential enhances the credibility of HR professionals and the organizations they serve. This certification is only available to candidates who practice outside the United States.

Am I eligible

To sit for the SHRM exam you must have:

A minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional-level HR position + a Master’s degree or global equivalent

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional-level HR position + a Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent

A minimum of 4 years of experience in a professional-level HR position + a high school diploma or global equivalent

What is the exam format & length?

Computer-based Testing (CBT) at a Prometric testing center Option of Paper Based Test in Lagos and Abuja

Exam time: 4 hours exam for the SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP

Exam length: 160 multiple-choice questions

When can I take the exam?

The SHRM are offered all year round.

How do I remain certified?

Your SHRM certification is valid for three (3) years after testing. To remain certified, you must earn 60 recertification credits over the three-year time span or retake the exam. To learn more about recertification

How do you guard against Covid 19 in your physical classes?

We have constant supply of hand sanitizers and running water at every part of our facility. We have limited the maximum number of persons per class to 4 at every time. They must also seat on different desks that are 3 meters apart. Our trainers also do not make physical contact during the training. Participants may also be required to wear face mask if the need arises.

What Certification do I get after the Training.

After successful completion of the training, you will be awarded the course completion certificate,Once you successfully clear the SHRM® Certification exam, you will also receive the Prestigious SHRM® certification from SHRM®.

Yes, we do provide assistance for the exam application process. We can help you register and schedule for the exam.

Is exam fee included in the course fee?

No. The exam fee is not included in the course fee as it is directly paid by you to the SHRM® for the application and examination.
