Overview
We are seeking diligent and customer-focused Branch/Field Operations Officers to support the daily operations of our Mobile Money Operator (MMO) across branches and field locations. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in field operations, customer engagement, and transaction support within fintech, telecom, or financial services.
As a Branch/Field Operations Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and customer satisfaction at the frontline of our business.
Responsibilities
Support branch and field operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Handle customer transactions, onboarding, and inquiries efficiently.
Monitor agent performance and ensure service quality standards are maintained.
Provide operational support to agents and customers to resolve issues promptly.
Collect and report field data to improve operations and customer satisfaction.
Assist in training agents and field teams on processes, compliance, and product knowledge.
Escalate unresolved issues to management and ensure timely follow-up.
Requirements
Education: B.Sc./HND/ND/NCE in a relevant field.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in field or branch operations, preferably in fintech, telecom, or financial services.
Age: 30 years & above.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to manage field operations and resolve issues effectively.
Good organizational and reporting abilities.
Team player with a focus on service excellence.
