Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the daily operations of our Mobile Money Operator (MMO). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, process improvement, and leadership within fintech, telecom, or financial services.
As Operations Manager, you will ensure operational efficiency, manage cross-functional processes, and support business growth through effective execution of strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency and service excellence.
Develop and implement process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce costs.
Collaborate with leadership to align operations with business objectives.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on operational performance.
Manage vendor and partner relationships to ensure service quality.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards in all operations.
Lead and mentor operational teams, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
Drive Lean Six Sigma and project management best practices across operations.
Requirements
Education: B.Sc./HND in a relevant field + MBA required. Professional certifications preferred.
Experience: 7–10 years in operations management, with proven leadership experience.
Age: 30 years & above.

Strong operational management and process improvement expertise.
Proficiency in project management and Lean methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage teams and foster collaboration across functions.
